Our hearts are full as we celebrate Monica Cordell on an incredible milestone: graduating from the very first class of the Arkansas Health Care Association School of Nursing!
Monica’s journey is a powerful testament to what dedication looks like. Through our Sponsorship Program, she balanced the rigors of nursing school while continuing to serve our elders here in Sheridan. This program was designed specifically for teammates like Monica, providing the path to attend school with supplemental pay, ensuring they can grow their professional careers without missing a beat in their mission to provide care with heart.
The night was made even more special as Lorenza and Jodi attended the ceremony to cheer Monica on, representing the entire Sheridan Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center team. Their presence highlighted the tight-knit support system we strive to build for every member of our staff. We are all so proud to have been a part of her journey from the classroom back to our hallways.
